90-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 90 days after receiving their order.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return:

  • The return must be requested within 90 days after delivery.
  • Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, and included components must be returned when applicable.
  • Factory-sealed items must remain unopened for standard returns.
  • Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly described products may qualify for remedies regardless of the standard return-condition requirements, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We offer two return methods for eligible products:

1. In-Store Returns

Customers may return eligible products directly to our physical store during business hours.

Please bring the product and your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

2. Returns by Mail

Customers may also return eligible products by mail. A FREE prepaid return shipping label is provided for eligible returns.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact contact@SonicTrove.shop with your order number and return request.
  2. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
  3. Securely package the product with all applicable original contents.
  4. Attach the included prepaid return shipping label.
  5. Send the package using the designated shipping service.

Please contact customer support if the return label is missing or damaged.

Return Shipping Fees

All eligible returns are FREE.

  • Restocking fee: $0.00
  • Return method: By mail or in-store
  • Return label: Provided by support for eligible returns

Full Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for returned products that meet our return requirements.

We do not deduct restocking fees or return shipping charges from eligible refunds. Because standard shipping is free, customers are not charged a standard outbound shipping fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once a returned product has been received and reviewed, we will notify the customer regarding approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 calendar days after return approval.
  • Depending on the payment provider or financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a full refund, replacement, or exchange, in accordance with applicable law.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

Customers may request an exchange by contacting our support team or visiting our physical store during business hours. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss available options, including a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation before an order has shipped.

If an order has already shipped, customers may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with this policy. Approved refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original payment method.
